Catalogue of the Translator

The member catalogue of the Translator and Interpreter Interest Group (TIIG) is a step towards improving the visibility of translators in Croatia. Primarily intended for those in search of translation services, the catalogue provides clients an easy way to find translators who meet their needs in one place through a simple search of relevant criteria: language pairs, area of expertise, type of translation (written, audio-visual, live or consecutive interpreting), translation with proofreading, or certified translation. The results of searches based on selected criteria are displayed in random order.

Members of the Translators Community who have created profiles in the catalogue are responsible for the quality of the services they offer and bear liability for any tasks they perform for clients. By accepting the Croatian Chamber of Commerces Ethical Codex, they also undertake to do business in accordance with the provisions of the Codex.

The Translator and Interpreter Interest Group was founded in 2013 within the Croatian Chamber of Commerce as an umbrella organization representing, protecting, and promoting the interests of translators in Croatia. TIIG operates under the Human Resources Development Department within the framework of the Financial Institutions, Business Information, and Economic Analysis Sector of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.
