Visit to Mechanical Engineering School Faust Vrančić

On 19 December 2019, representatives of School centre Slovenske Konjice-Zreče from Slovenia visited Mechanical Engineering School Faust Vrančić in Croatia as the activity within the Erasmus+ KA3 project Improving Skills in Vocational Education and Training. The visit was organized on the mutual initiative.

At the beginning of the visit, a meeting was held in which the Mechanical Engineering School Faust Vrančić was presented. The topics of the discussion were the exchange of experience and knowledge in school organization and teaching, implemented projects, school equipment, policy development in the area of vocational education and training, and plan for the Mechanical Engineering School as a future competence centre. Both sides are interested in further developing vocational curricula and the exchange of students and teachers.

After the meeting, the representatives of School centre Slovenske Konjice-Zreče were given a tour of the school where they visited the workshops of the practice classes.

Partners also discussed upcoming activities of developing joint curricula in the following project year and meeting of the working group planned for February 2020.
