Grupacija željezničke industrije predstavlja interese tvrtki koje se bave proizvodnjom i servisiranjem željezničkih vozila te infrastrukture. Cilj Grupacije je promicanje željezničkog prijevoza te pružanje podrške i zastupanje interesa članova u prema dionicima u sektoru. Grupacija potiče istraživanje i razvoj u industriji te zagovara predvidivost i transparentnost politika kako bi se stvorili poticajni uvjeti za poslovanje i razvoj proizvoda i usluga. U radu Grupacije mogu sudjelovati i drugi članovi Komore ovisno o interesu. Grupacija željezničke industrije djeluje unutar Udruženja metaloprerađivačke industrije.

Who We Are:

The Affiliation of the Railway Industry, within the Croatian Chamber of Economy, represents companies operating within the supply chain for the railway system and its vital subsystems. Our industry segments encompass the manufacturing of rolling stock and its vital subsystems, components for rail infrastructure, electrification, electronics and signalling, repair and maintenance, as well as the design, project management, supervision, and construction site management of railway infrastructure. Our members are export-oriented companies with rail solutions present on regional and global markets.

 At the Affiliation of the Railway Industry, we emphasize the joint commitment of rail suppliers towards advancing the greenest and safest means of transportation, and to a path for the full decarbonization of the rail sector.  Our primary advocacy is centered around positioning rail as the backbone of sustainable and smart transport.

1. Promoting the Importance of Railways for Zero-Emission Mobility: We actively promote the significance of railways as a crucial component of zero-emission mobility, emphasize the environmental benefits and sustainability of rail transportation.
2. Connecting Members with Businesses in the Region and Across Europe: We facilitate connections and collaborations between our members and businesses within the region and across Europe. By fostering networking opportunities, we enable knowledge sharing, business partnerships, and the exchange of best practices.
3. Advocacy for Industrial and Transport Policies: We serve as the collective voice of railway suppliers, advocating for industrial and transport policies that benefit all stakeholders in the railway industry. Through engagement with policymakers, we strive to create an enabling environment that supports the growth and development of the sector.
4. Wide Collaboration to Support Public Investment: We promote collaboration among industry players, government entities, and other stakeholders to support public investment in the railway sector. By working together, we aim to stimulate growth, enhance sustainability, and improve the resilience of the industry.
5. Promoting a Competitive Framework for Research and Development: We encourage the establishment of a competitive framework for research and development within the railway sector.
