Membership – ICC Croatia
 

Members of ICC Croatia may be natural and legal persons involved in international business, whose domicile or registered office is in the Republic of Croatia.

In addition to the members referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, members of ICC Croatia may also be foreign representative offices and branches engaged in international business activities, operating in the territory of the Republic of Croatia, together with associations involved in international business.

Members of ICC Croatia may also be natural and legal persons, whose domicile or registered office is not in the territory of the Republic of Croatia, or they do not operate in the territory of the Republic of Croatia, with experience in international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, and if they meet the following criteria:

  • they are nationals or have their registered office in a country where there is no ICC National Committee established, or
  • they reside for professional purposes in the Adria Region or SEE country, where there is no national committee established.

Membership can be ordinary or honorary.

All members of ICC Croatia shall also be members of ICC.

EUR 160.00 (category 1):

  • natural persons
  • micro and small-sized enterprises

EUR 280.00 (category 2):

  • medium-sized companies
  • law offices

EUR 605.00 (category 3):  

  • founding members of ICC Croatia
  • large companies
  • law firms
  • institutions, associations, and other non-profit legal persons

EUR 1,210.00 EUR (category 4):      

  • parent company in the integrated group established in the Republic of Croatia.
