How to Draw a Complaint
A procedure at the Court of Honour shall be initiated by a written complaint.
It has been noticed from the practical experience of the Court that the party’s complaint is, in significant number of cases, not enough understandable or it does not contain all necessary details to enable the Court to act upon it. Therefore, the purpose of this session was to give a review of elements to be included in the complaint or to be considered by the complainant while drawing up its complaint.
The complaint shall be filed in the Croatian language and in the Latin script.

a) COMPLAINANT – LEGAL PERSON
Specifying that the complaint is filed with
THE COURT OF HONOUR WITH
THE CROATIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

I.) DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPLAINANT:
Name and seat (place, street and house number) of legal person filing the complaint
II. PARTICULARS ABOUT LEGAL COUNSEL / ATTORNEY
(A Letter of Attorney is to be attached to the complaint)
III. DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCUSED:
Name and seat (place, street and house number) of the company against which the complaint is lodged
IV.) SUBJECT: Complaint based on infringement of the rules of professional ethics (goods business customs)
V.) FACTS AND REASONS on which is based the assertion that the rules of professional ethics have been infringed, INFORMATION ABOUT TIME when the infringement took place and the complainant’s PROPOSAL to the Court to pronounce one of the measures from Article 36 of the Rule Book of the Court of Honour (reprimand, public reprimand along with is announcement at the session of the Assembly of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, public reprimand along with its announcement in press and on the Web page of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce)
VI.) LIST OF DOCUMENTS or OTHER PROOFS to be attached to the complaint proving that the infringement occurred by the accused.
Forename and surname of witnesses (if any)
VII.) Personal signature of the complainant or of its authorised attorney
Along with the document drawn up in a foreign language also a certified translation thereof shall be submitted.

COMPLAINTS SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN 3 (three) COPIES FOR THE NEEDS OF THE COURT AND FOR THE COUNTERPARTY IN SO MANY COPIES AS THE NUMBER OF THE ACCUSED.
